Recruiting an Administrator for our client in Southend, Essex.

Shifts and Pay Rates for Administrator:

  • 07:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
  • £12.74 per hour

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of people from various backgrounds

Daily Duties of Administrator will be:

  • Act as a site receptionist, managing incoming calls and queries ensuring they are passed to the relevant team
  • Compliance with all business policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues and undertake such duties assigned by line management
  • Data entry to various systems as required
  • General filing and daily administrative tasks
