We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join a luxury retail showroom within Harrods, Knightsbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a globally recognised luxury interiors brand within one of the world's most prestigious department stores.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury retail, interiors, and customer experience who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.

The Role:

  • Welcome customers and deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Advise clients throughout their furniture and interior projects
  • Guide customers through the sales process to identify the right products for their needs
  • Use 3D software and digital tools throughout the sales process
  • Place orders with suppliers and monitor progress through to delivery
  • Follow up after delivery to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Manage and respond to client enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Act as a brand ambassador during in-store and external brand events
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within luxury retail, interiors, furniture, or high-end sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional and consultative approach
  • Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales objectives
  • Comfortable using digital tools and software systems
  • Well-presented with a passion for luxury brands and interiors
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to shift-based working hours
