We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be a leader in its field, and brand new warehouse with excellent welfare facilities. Pay rates from £12.88 to £14.72 per hour depending on shifts and further training to operate Powered Pallet Trucks. The role of Warehouse Operative is based in Rugby.

Shifts:

  • 4 on 4 off shift rota
  • 12 hours shifts days and nights

Pay:

From £12.88 to £14.72 per hour dependent on shift and level of training completed. Paid weekly.

Main duties:

  • Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labelling.
  • Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.
  • Unloading and loading containers.

Please be aware that a 5 year checkable work history will be required, and DBS and financial checks will be applied for.
