We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be a leader in its field, and brand new warehouse with excellent welfare facilities.
Pay rates up to £15.41 per hour depending on shifts and further training opportunity to operate Flexi Truck. The role of Counterbalance driver is based in Rugby. You will be expected to hold a current Counterbalance licence, however don’t need any experience; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role!
Shifts for Counterbalance:
- Training 8am to 5pm
- 4 on 4 off shift rota 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am
- 12 hours shifts days and nights
Pay:
- Up to £15.41 per hour dependent on shift and level of training completed
- Paid weekly
Main duties:
- Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations.
- Operating machinery/vehicles safely and efficiently to handle and store goods.
- Conducting daily checks and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.
