The role of Production Operative (with relief Driving) is based near Tunbridge Wells. You don’t need any experience, but you do require a Full UK Manual Driving License as you will occasionally be required to drive a van to deliver produce to customers; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role!

Shifts for Production Operatives:
- 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Paid weekly
Main Duties of Production Operatives:
- Assist in the preparation and manufacture of sausage products according to company recipes and specifications
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle raw materials, ingredients and finished products
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area in line with food hygiene standards
- Follow all health & safety and food safety procedures
Relief Driving Duties:
- Carry out relief driving for local deliveries when required - complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time
- Load and unload products safely, ensuring correct handling and temperature control
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers
