We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be a leader in its field, and brand new warehouse with excellent welfare facilities. Pay rates up to £16.30 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Flexi Driver is based in Rugby. You will be expected to hold a current Flexi licence; however, you don't need any experience as we offer full support for you to succeed in your role!

Shifts for Flexi Driver:

  • Training 8am to 5pm
  • 4 on 4 off shift rota
  • 12 hours shifts days and nights 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am

Pay: Up to £16.30 per hour dependent on shift and level of training completed. Paid weekly.

Main duties:

  • Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations.
  • Operating machinery/vehicles safely and efficiently to handle and store goods.
  • Conducting daily checks and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.
