Immediate starts available. This role offers ongoing work with genuine temp to perm opportunities. Pay rates starting at £12.89, with overtime paid at premium rates. The role of Picker Packer is based in Bicester. No experience in logistics distribution and supply chain is needed (although beneficial), as full training and ongoing coaching will be provided. This role would suit people who have warehouse, customer service, admin, retail, or cleaning backgrounds. Our client has recently moved into a brand new facility in Bicester with all new warehouse, equipment, offices, canteen and so much more!

We have full-time positions available in Bicester. The general duties of a Picker Packer include:
- Picking orders using state of the art automatic robots! Full training provided
- Packing of light orders ready for distribution to the customer
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Putting stock away
- General warehouse duties
Training in logistics distribution and supply chain will be provided. Shift times and rates of pay for Picker Packer are as follows:
- 06:00-14:00 - £12.89 per hour
- 14:00-22:00 - £12.89 per hour
This job will suit any candidate with experience working as a Picker Packer at Amazon, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL, similar employers or the logistics distribution and supply chain sector.
