My client is currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Material Supply Operative with a reach truck licence to join their team in a fast-paced factory environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and safety while supporting production operations.
This role focuses on general hygiene and material supply duties across the site. You will play a key part in ensuring the factory environment remains clean, organised, and fully stocked to support smooth production processes. Flexibility is essential as you may also be required to support as a Factory Production Operative when needed.
- Carry out daily pre-start inspections of the yard
- Monitor and maintain pallet levels within the production area
- Sort uniform deliveries and manage distribution
- Dispose of waste correctly including sorting waste bags into skips or compactors
- Follow all company procedures, risk assessments, and health and safety regulations including COSHH
- Maintain high personal hygiene and adhere to company hygiene standards
- Operate machinery in line with training and competence
- Support continuous improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency
Previous experience in a food production/manufacturing environment is required.
A valid Reach Truck licence is necessary.
