We have immediate starts for self-starters working in a specialised operation for lighting, staging and related equipment used for films, shows and concerts. You will need to be capable of lifting 25kg+ and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic company operating in a fast-flowing facility.
Job Details:
- Location: SL3 0EL
- Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Working Hours: Weekly rotating shifts:
- Early shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Late shift: 11:00am - 8:00pm
- Weekend Work: 1 in 4 Saturdays required
Key Duties:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare lighting equipment for dispatch
- Safely load, unload, and move stock, including heavy items
- Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory management
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow all company health and safety guidelines at all times
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment required
- Knowledge of lighting equipment or technical products would be an advantage
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting duties
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- Flexible to work rotating shifts and occasional weekend hours
