We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be a leader in its field, and brand new warehouse with excellent welfare facilities. Pay rates up to £17.18 per hour depending on shifts.

The role of First Line Manager is based in Rugby. First Call Contract Services are an employer of choice for candidates from many backgrounds, such as delivery drivers, warehouse, and customer service.

Shifts for First Line Manager:

  • 4 on 4 off shift rota
  • 12 hours shifts days and nights 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am

Pay: Up to £17.18 per hour dependent on shift. Paid weekly.

Main duties:

  • Maintain high levels of stock accuracy between physical inventory and internal systems.
  • Oversee all stock movements including receiving, put away, transfers and dispatch.
  • Review and authorise stock adjustments, ensuring full audit trails and compliance.
  • Manage KPI's related to stock.
  • Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
  • Manage and resolve inbound delivery discrepancies.
  • Lead and develop stock controllers and warehouse stock administrators' teams.
  • Set clear performance objectives and accountability for stock accuracy.
  • Deliver training on systems, processes, and audit requirements.

Please be aware that a 5 year checkable work history will be required, and DBS and financial checks will be applied for.
