We have an excellent opportunity to work for a nationally recognized food production company, considered to be the leader in its field. The role of Food Production Operative is based in Sittingbourne. You don't need to be a chef but need to love food, pay attention to detail and be able to work in a team. Full time or part time available, shifts that you can choose from: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am.

The Role

  • Work as part of our team to ensure all recipes are followed to the correct specification and all products are made to the highest possible standard.
  • Weighing ingredients, preparing, cooking, and packaging a variety of meals in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Following portion sizes accurately, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to the overall quality and consistency of the finished products.
  • Work as part of a team making sure our customers receive the same nourishing experience every time they eat a meal.
  • Attention to detail is paramount as you help create our remarkable products and ensure our customers receive the same exciting experience every time.
  • Each product must be made to the same specification to maintain consistency.
  • Bring your creative flair to making our pies and pastry products.
