Responsibilities:
- Distributing spare parts to a large team of mechanics that are repairing e-bikes and e-scooters.
- Monitor inventory levels and flag when we have low or excess stock.
- Conducting monthly audits for spare parts, equipment and supplies.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Ordering spare parts, tools and warehouse supplies.
- Receiving and preparing shipments for the warehouse.
- Other various tasks as assigned.
About You:
- Proven work experience as an Inventory/Stock Controller or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good maths skills and analytical skills.
- Good communicator with the ability to follow instructions.
- Familiarity in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
- Effective time-management skills.
- Must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous forklift experience is beneficial but not compulsory.
- Willingness to learn, a great attitude, and the ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success.
