Responsibilities:

  • Distributing spare parts to a large team of mechanics that are repairing e-bikes and e-scooters.
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag when we have low or excess stock.
  • Conducting monthly audits for spare parts, equipment and supplies.
  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
  • Ordering spare parts, tools and warehouse supplies.
  • Receiving and preparing shipments for the warehouse.
  • Other various tasks as assigned.

About You:

  • Proven work experience as an Inventory/Stock Controller or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good maths skills and analytical skills.
  • Good communicator with the ability to follow instructions.
  • Familiarity in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous forklift experience is beneficial but not compulsory.
  • Willingness to learn, a great attitude, and the ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success.
