We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised Meat business, considered to be the leader in its field. The role of Experienced Butcher is based in Enfield.

Shifts for Experienced Butcher:

  • 08:00 am - 16:00 pm
  • Monday to Friday

Main Duties of Experienced Butcher:

  • Ensuring all products meet quality, weight and presentation standards.
  • Using knives, saws and other butchery equipment safely and effectively.
  • Cutting, deboning, trimming and portioning meat products to specification.
  • Maintaining maximum yield while minimising product waste.
  • Conducting quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets.
  • Reporting equipment faults, quality concerns and safety issues to supervisors.
