Ready to be part of the team that keeps aircraft supplied and ready for departure? We are currently recruiting Loaders for a leading aviation catering operation in the Braintree area. This is a hands-on role offering excellent long-term career prospects with the opportunity to secure a position.

Start Date
Immediate starts available following successful completion of employment referencing and aviation security checks.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading Aircraft
- Loading fresh catering, trolleys and equipment onto aircraft
- Unloading used catering equipment and materials for sanitation and processing
- Stock & Inventory Management
- Receiving, handling and storing incoming goods
- Coordinating and managing stock efficiently
- Organising and assembling bars and galley provisions for scheduled flights
- Flight Preparation
- Sorting and assembling bars into flight allocations
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational targets
- Checking trolley seals and cross-referencing with customs documentation
- Technology & Compliance
- Using handheld devices such as iPads to record and manage operational information (full training provided)
- Following all aviation, security and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence (mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Previous warehouse, logistics, aviation or loading experience is beneficial but not essential
Essential Requirements
- Must be able to pass aviation security clearance checks, including:
- Verification of 5 years' employment and/or address history
- Background screening
- Right to Work checks
- Candidates must be comfortable working with both Halal and Non-Halal food products.
