We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised Meat business, considered to be the leader in its field. The role is based in Enfield. First Call Contract Services are an employer of choice for candidates from many backgrounds, such as butcher, warehouse, food production, food manufacturing environments and many more.
Shifts for Experienced Butcher: 08:00 am - 16:00 pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties of Experienced Butcher:
- Ensuring all products meet quality, weight and presentation standards.
- Using knives, saws and other butchery equipment safely and effectively.
- Cutting, deboning, trimming and portioning meat products to specification.
- Maintaining maximum yield while minimising product waste.
- Conducting quality checks throughout the production process.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets.
- Reporting equipment faults, quality concerns and safety issues to supervisors.
