About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative based at East Midlands Airport. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stripping down pallets and preparing goods for processing.
  • Scanning products and freight using warehouse scanning equipment.
  • Restacking pallets accurately and securely.
  • Wrapping completed pallets ready for storage or distribution.
  • Ensuring all goods are handled safely and in line with operational procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
  • Following all health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Ability to carry out manual handling duties throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a physically intensive warehouse environment.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when scanning and handling goods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Able to pass a 5-year background check.
