Immediate starts available. This role offers ongoing work with genuine temp to perm opportunities. Pay rates starting at £12.71. The role of Picker Packer is based in Daventry. No experience in logistics distribution and supply chain is needed (although beneficial), as full training and ongoing coaching will be provided. We have full-time positions available in Bicester. The general duties of a Picker Packer include:

  • Picking orders
  • Packing of light orders ready for distribution to the customer
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Putting stock away
  • General warehouse duties

Training in logistics distribution and supply chain will be provided. Shift times and rates of pay for Picker Packer are as follows:

  • 06:00-14:30 - £12.71 per hour
  • 12:00 - 20:30 - £12.71 per hour
