First Call Aviation is looking to recruit Customer Service Colleagues for Manchester Airport.

- Part Time 25hrs per week

- Shifts between 3am - 8pm (5 days on, 3 days off)

- Commission Structure!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service, assisting with greeting and passenger documentation.
  • Check-in and processing of passenger boarding cards and bag tags.
  • Board and process customers at the boarding gate.
  • Responsible for following strict safety and security regulations
  • Assist customers to ensure a smooth journey through the airport

Required skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A high standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Ability to be able to work varied start and finish times
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong IT skills

Security Checks:

  • Be able to provide 5 years address history
  • Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
  • To obtain a full airside ID
