Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm

About the Role

First Call Talent Solutions are recruiting for an Onsite Account Manager on behalf of an exciting client based in CV8. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced operation where you'll play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day agency workforce, ensuring staffing levels meet operational requirements, and delivering an exceptional onsite recruitment service. As the dedicated Onsite Account Manager, you'll be the key link between the client, agency workers and the wider operations team, helping to drive workforce performance, maintain compliance and build long‑term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily staffing requirements to meet client demands and agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate shift allocations and monitor worker attendance, punctuality and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and report any issues promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all agency workers on‑site.
  • Build strong working relationships to improve worker engagement, retention and attendance.
  • Resolve worker queries, concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates to the client on attendance, fulfilment levels and operational performance.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and operational queries.
  • Support the Area Operations Manager in maintaining and developing a strong client relationship.
  • Coordinate onboarding and inductions for new agency workers.
  • Utilise workforce management and communication systems to coordinate workers and monitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records across all systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
  • Complete Right to Work checks and ensure all worker documentation remains valid and up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) and Working Time Regulations at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within recruitment, onsite account management, workforce planning or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience managing temporary workforces within industrial, logistics, warehousing or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and administration.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
