The role of Commercial Waste Sales Officer is based in Hemel Hempstead. Shifts for Commercial Waste Sales Officer:
- 08:00-16:00 Monday to Thursday
- 08:00-15:30 on Friday
Pay for Commercial Waste Sales Officer: From £15.26 per hour. Paid weekly.
Main Expectations of Commercial Waste Sales Officer:
- Ability to demonstrate a strong desire to succeed in delivering high quality Commercial Waste services, achieving revenue objectives.
- Ability to plan and organise work priorities, sometimes months in advance and allocate work to meet performance targets and conflicting deadlines.
- Effective report writing.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to calculate, monitor, authorise and estimate business requirements and income for both customers and internal budgetary control.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives and providing customer retention.
- Demonstrable experience of ability to work as part of a team within sales and operations and liaise with colleagues to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Demonstrable experience of ability to attract new custom through face to face communication and other communication streams to obtain new business.
- Demonstrable experience of a requirement to have a personal and professional approach which generates credibility, respect and confidence amongst clients, colleagues and senior members of the organisation and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate behaviours that comply with the organisation's High Performance Environment (HPE).
- Available to work outside of normal office hours.
- Willingness to work in a working environment that can expose the post holder to outside weather environments.
- Category C vocational driving licence.
