The Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Cold Water Booster Engineer / Plumber to join their growing team. This is a field-based role across Greater London, focusing on the installation, servicing, and maintenance of cold water booster sets, tanks, and associated plumbing systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in plumbing and pump systems, particularly with cold water booster units from manufacturers such as Grundfos, Xylem, Lowara, and Wilo.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain cold water booster sets and systems
- Conduct plumbing works including pipe installation and repairs
- Diagnose system faults and deliver effective technical solutions
- Accurately complete job reports and maintain service records
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards
- Interact professionally with customers on-site
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumber or pump engineer (essential)
- Hands-on experience with cold water booster systems (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- CSCS card (desirable)
- WRAS or unvented cylinder qualification (advantageous)
