Client Services Executive is based in Bicester.

We are looking for experienced candidates to work for our client on a fixed term 12 week basis.

Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

This role would suit people who have Warehouse, Customer Service, Admin, Retail backgrounds.

Our client has recently moved in to a brand new facility in Bicester with all new warehouse, equipment, offices, canteen and so much more!

The general duties of a

Client Services Executive include

  • The focus of the role is to build excellent working relationships between the customer and their Clients, ensuring the account runs smoothly and efficiently across all areas of the supply chain.
  • The Commercial Services Executive should become the Client's representative onsite ensuring that their needs are met, whilst maintaining costs and efficiency levels.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure the smooth & efficient running of the Client's account, ensuring that SLA's are achieved or exceeded

Key Responsibilities of Client Service Executive

  • To handle all client requests in line with the service level agreement (SLA), referring to relevant internal departments, managing client expectations and where appropriate considering any additional charges that need to be applied.
  • To maintain all aspects of the Client Services database
  • Process, check and manage orders within the GDS system, including EDI releasing,
  • when required.
  • Facilitate special packaging requirements on behalf of the clients, liaising with our internal customers to ensure that stock and parts are ready in time where required.
  • To obtain New Release & Campaign forecasts from the client, to enable the New Release call-off, early deliveries & Irish orders in line the client and customer requirements, monitoring stock levels/orders as required.
  • Manage the New Release call-off process in conjunction with Planning & Operations.
  • Monthly KPI reporting
  • Collate management information on a monthly basis to confirm queries are closed and to forecast figures for each up-and-coming sales quarter.
  • Manage client requests in line with the service agreement, on scrapping, returns and return to vendor services liaising with clients and internal operations.
  • To engage with other areas of the Commercial Services team, to ensure there is a linked-up approach across the team to meet our client requirements and expectations.
  • To attend and facilitate regular internal meetings. There will also be requirement to attend & facilitate regular client meetings and conference calls.

Qualifications and experience of Client Services Executive

  • A strong Customer Service or Account Management background is required and previous experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, good level of Excel knowledge and have a level of technical knowledge to manage the GDS system (Training provided).
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.
