Our client, a fast-paced food manufacturing business, is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead production teams, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support production teams to achieve daily targets
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and GMP standards
- Manage production KPIs, staffing, and documentation
- Liaise with Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to maintain smooth operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and NPD trials
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Food Safety Level 2
- Strong knowledge of food production practices and quality standards
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on leadership role in a dynamic manufacturing setting
