Recruiting an Administrator for our client in Dagenham, Essex. It is preferred that applicants are able to drive for this role as you may be required to travel to the Rainham office on occasion. However, this is not essential; we can still recruit applicants that do not drive.
Shifts and Pay Rates for Administrator:
- 09:00 – 17:00 – maternity cover 6 – 12 months
- Monday to Friday
- £12.50 per hour
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people from various backgrounds
Essential:
- Computer literate
- Time management skills
- Ability to take direction and act as a wider part of the team
Daily Duties of Administrator will be:
- Act as a site receptionist, managing incoming calls and queries ensuring they are passed to the relevant team
- Compliance with all business policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to colleagues and undertake such duties assigned by line management
- Data entry to various systems as required
- General filing and daily administrative tasks
