The Role:
We are recruiting for a hands-on and organised Warehouse Supervisor to join our client\'s team in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high-standard environment, takes pride in their work, and has experience leading daily warehouse operations.
You\'ll play a key role in ensuring the safe storage, handling, and movement of high-value items while leading a small, dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage the receipt and dispatch of shipments, ensuring accurate records
Oversee the storage and handling of fine art, antiques, and designer furniture
Coordinate with internal teams to support packing, installations, and deliveries
Ensure all warehouse areas meet health & safety standards and cleanliness requirements
Support and train junior warehouse staff and temporary crew
Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and occasional local deliveries
What We\'re Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
Previous warehouse or operational leadership experience
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with handling delicate or high-value items
Comfortable using inventory/job tracking software
Full UK driving licence (van driving experience preferred)
Forklift licence desirable, but not essential
