The predicted salary is between 26000 - 27000 £ per year.

You will ideally come from a Telesales, Customer Service, Retail or a face to face Sales position, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.

This exciting role will see individuals grow with the division as it moves into year 2, with personal promotion plans, development opportunities and excellent earning potentials.

Candidate duties will include:

  • Pre screening and interview potential candidates and submitting candidate profiles and CV’s to clients.

  • Update advertising and candidate attraction plans in line with our clients hiring intentions.

  • General recruitment administration including CV formatting, candidate follow ups and data base management.

  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the permanent recruitment sector and maintaining existing client relationships and generating new business leads.

  • Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the permanent recruitment market.

  • Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that candidate attraction methods are cost effective.

  • Providing excellent levels of client service at all times.

Candidate experience will include

Candidates will ideally come from a Telesales, Customer Service, Retail or a face to face Sales position, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.

We are looking for talented individuals to develop with our Talent Solutions division throughout 2025 and beyond, this really is an exciting time to be joining a record breaking company.

Hours or work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm however an element of flexibility will be required during busy periods.

Starting salary is from £26k to £27k + Excellent Uncapped OTE’s and personal development opportunities.

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.
