Job Description:
As a Scanning Operative, you will be an integral part of our document management team, ensuring that all physical documents are accurately scanned, categorised, and stored. Your attention to detail will help maintain the highest standards of quality and organisation across our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scanning & Digitisation:

  • Operate high-speed scanning equipment to digitise physical documents into electronic formats.

  • Ensure that all scanned images are of high resolution and meet quality standards.

  • Handle different types of documents, including files of various sizes, thicknesses, and quality.

2. Categorising & Organising:

  • Categorise and label scanned documents based on predefined criteria and systems.

  • Sort documents by type, date, or other relevant classifications before scanning.

  • Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents to ensure quick retrieval.

  • Index digital files accurately for easy access and reference.

3. Document Handling & Security:

  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents with care, following company protocols for data protection and security.

  • Adhere to all company policies regarding the safe storage and management of documents.

  • Ensure scanned files are stored in the correct digital locations, maintaining proper backups.

4. Team Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily scanning and filing targets.

  • Communicate any challenges or delays promptly to management.

  • Assist in training new staff members as needed and provide ongoing support within the team.

All shifts are 7AM-15:30PM and the below shift patterns are available.

  • Monday-Friday

Pay :

  • Paid weekly
