Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to work for Royal Mail as a Royal Mail Delivery Operative with pay rates from £13.07 per hour. The role of Royal Mail Delivery Operative is based in Newport Pagnell.
Shifts and pay
- Shifts: Must be flexible with your hours between 8am and 4pm, Mon–Sun
Pay
- £13.37 per hour – Overtime after 40 hours @ £16.33. Bank holiday rate £19.59
- Paid weekly
Main duties
- Sortation of round prior to departure
- Vehicle checks
- Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
- Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses
About you
- You must hold a valid UK manual Driving Licence
- No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)
- Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot
- Be physically fit
- Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
