Hours: Average 42 hours per week - Start/Finish times between 03:00 - 23:00
Pay: £12.50

About The Role:

Must have full UK driving license as will assist with transporting passengers to the aircraft. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the safe transfer of Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) through the airport terminal in a timely manner, providing mobility assistance and enabling passengers to enjoy all aspects of the airport experience.

We are looking for a customer focused and friendly individual to join our team of workers and help create a memorable experience for every visitor to the airport.

Main Duties:

  • Marshall ambilift vehicles onto and off of an aircraft
  • Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
  • Transport PRMs using a minibus
  • Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff
  • Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check-in, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft
  • In a safe manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment
  • Comply with all Health & Safety regulations
  • Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment is maintained

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines
  • Confident driving
