We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised Food Distribution Business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £16.47 per hour depending on experience. The role of Warehouse Operative is based in Enfield.

Shifts for Night Loader – FLT: 11pm – 7am, 3 or 4 days a week. Fridays and Sundays are ESSENTIAL.

Pay: From £16.47/hr, Paid weekly.

Main Duties of Night Loader – FLT:

  • Opening the site and setting up ready for overnight dispatch procedures.
  • Moving of vehicles into loading order and to create space to receive internal transfer orders and stock.
  • Receiving overnight transfer deliveries from other sites.
  • Combining customer orders from both sites into delivery order.
  • Unloading internal stock transfers and moving to their correct warehouse location.
  • Loading internal stock transfers back onto the vehicle to be returned to the other site.
  • Loading of all vehicles in delivery and dispatch order to achieve planned departure times and maintain required vehicle temperatures until dispatch.
  • Ensuring the driver arrival, load and dispatch time document is completed accurately.
  • Ensuring drivers invoices and delivery manifests are sorted for each delivery round.
  • Weekly cleaning of all multidrop vans.
  • Ensuring the Enfield dispatch area and external yard are left clean and tidy after every shift.
