The Role
As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while maximising sales in a high-end showroom environment. Acting as a true brand ambassador, you will guide clients from initial consultation through to delivery and after-sales care. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you will build long-lasting client relationships and deliver personalised interior design solutions that reflect the brand's luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional, luxury-level customer experience
- Proactively approach and advise clients throughout their projects
- Guide clients through the company's sales process to ensure the right product selection
- Use 3D software and other digital tools during the sales and design process
- Create and present 2D/3D visual proposals and mood boards aligned with client briefs
- Manage the full sales cycle: consultation, invoicing, order placement, delivery tracking, and follow-up
- Liaise with suppliers and follow orders through to final delivery
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure full client satisfaction
- Maintain outstanding showroom standards, visual merchandising, and brand presentation
- Respond to and follow up on all client interactions via phone, email, live chat, and digital platforms
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while working collaboratively with colleagues
- Support showroom merchandising, administration, and after-sales care

Required Skills & Personal Attributes
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales within the furniture or luxury industry
- Strong ability to engage clients and build long-term relationships
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- High-end presentation and professional attitude
- Confident, passionate, proactive, creative, and a strong team player
- Results-driven with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of 20/20 design software is a plus
- French-speaking is a plus
- Genuine interest in furniture, interior design, and the art/design industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Working Conditions
- Showroom-based role
- 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Weekends and bank holidays required
