About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Aviation Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with aviation industry knowledge to manage and develop relationships with clients and candidates across the aviation sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing high-quality aviation professionals, supporting client recruitment needs, and driving business growth within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation clients and industry professionals.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for a variety of aviation roles.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop client accounts.
- Advertise vacancies across relevant platforms and utilise various sourcing methods.
- Conduct candidate interviews and competency assessments.
- Negotiate offers, terms of business, and placement fees.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation.
- Stay informed of aviation industry trends, market conditions, and workforce developments.
- Represent the business professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of aviation operations, staffing requirements, and industry terminology.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and business development objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Full right to work in the UK.
Desirable Experience
- Experience recruiting for aviation roles such as pilots, cabin crew, engineers, ground operations, maintenance, airport services, or aviation management positions.
- Existing network of aviation industry contacts.
- Knowledge of aviation compliance and regulatory requirements.
