First Call Contract Services are currently recruiting Vineyard Operatives to join our client based in Headcorn, Kent. You don’t need any experience; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role!

Shift for Vineyard Worker:
- Day shift 08:00-16:30 (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday if required)
Pay:
- £12.71 per hour
- Paid weekly
Main Duties of Vineyard Worker:
- Fruit thinning, leafing, suckering, hoeing, pruning, weeding
- Installing wire mesh & trellis
- Working Outside in all weathers on Vineyard / Garden / Fields
- Harvesting – collecting grapes
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in Vineyard or Farm labour preferred but not essential
- Must be willing to work outside in all weathers
- Physically fit as some bending and lifting involved
- Flexibility with working hours as changes over peak season / Harvest
- Drivers preferred due to locations of farms across Kent
