Lead – Organise – Deliver.
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well‑established international logistics business that specialises in temperature‑controlled freight.
With continued growth and investment at its Heathrow operation, we’re recruiting experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join the team.
This is a hands‑on supervisory role where you’ll lead by example, support your team and ensure warehouse operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
- What you’ll be doing
- Supervising warehouse operations across your shift.
- Leading, motivating and allocating work to warehouse staff.
- Managing the receipt, storage and dispatch of temperature-controlled products.
- Ensuring all warehouse documentation, stock records and temperature checks are completed accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, food safety and warehouse security.
- Working closely with transport, distribution and operational teams to keep freight moving efficiently.
- Investigating and resolving day-to-day operational issues while delivering excellent customer service.
- What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Warehouse Operative.
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Experience within logistics, distribution, food, air cargo or temperature-controlled warehousing.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience of working in a fast‑paced operational environment.
