We’re looking for a detail-oriented Import Export Administrator to join the busy Customs Team based in Feltham.
This is a fast-paced role where accuracy and organisation are essential.
You’ll be responsible for processing customs documentation, supporting import and export activities, and ensuring shipments move efficiently through customs processes.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and process import and export customs documentation.
- Ensure customs declarations are completed accurately and on time.
- Verify shipment information and supporting documentation.
- Enter and maintain accurate data across customs systems.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve customs queries.
- Monitor customs entries and assist in resolving clearance issues.
- Ensure compliance with customs procedures and company processes.
- Support the wider customs and operations teams with administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records and meet strict operational deadlines.
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration experience, ideally within logistics, freight or customs.
- Good understanding of import and export procedures and documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of CDS (Customs Declaration Service).
- Understanding of Incoterms, tariff classifications and customs valuation.
- Experience using NCTS or NES systems.
