Exciting Opportunity: Hygiene Team Role in Park Royal. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a dynamic team, with pay starting from £14.15 per hour (nights) Mon to Fri.

JOB Role:

  • To lead the Hygiene Team as first line Hygiene Team Leader, ensuring the completion of hygiene schedules to maintain high standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the required quality, safety, hygiene and environmental standards are implemented, maintained and improved.
  • Support the engineering function in routine preventative maintenance and cleaning, and the production function in line set up/line start-up post deep cleaning and maintenance.
  • Ensure hygiene standards, cleaning procedures, practices, and equipment are continually re-evaluated in line with best practice, customer guidelines and legislation.
  • Responsible for the development and training of all site hygiene activities.
  • Ensure effective communication regarding plant hygiene standards across and between shifts to achieve optimum performance.
  • Develop close working relationships with colleagues in other functions such as production, engineering, technical and NPD.
  • Respond to audit reports and corrective action summaries to ensure work is carried out to an agreed timescale and manner.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of customer audits/visits, ensuring the team is clear on requirements.
  • Ensure all work conforms to the processes and procedures of the Quality Management System and Health and Safety Management System.
  • Responsible for the weekly stock check/end of month check.
  • Monitor, review and apply corrective actions for diverging KPIs and GMP.
  • Take responsibility for personal performance and the development of personal skills to fulfil the role.
  • Encourage and promote the values of the company and comply with the required standards of conduct.
  • Work in compliance with the Health & Safety Policy to ensure hazards are identified and risk assessed and controlled.
