We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Drivers to join a leading Aviation Catering Logistics operation based at London City Airport.

Location: London City Airport

Pay Rate: £21.70 per hour

Shift Pattern: 5-on, 3-off rotating shift pattern, 8.5 working hours per shift, AM and PM shifts available

AM Start Times: Between 04:30 and 07:30

PM Start Times: Between 12:30 and 14:30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe and efficient transportation of aviation catering and related products.
  • Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Completing deliveries and collections within scheduled timeframes.
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with transport regulations.
  • Adhering to all airport security procedures and UK road transport legislation.
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Licence (Minimum Class C)
  • Valid Digital Tachograph (Tacho) Card
  • Valid CPC (Driver Qualification Card)
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC)
  • 5 years of checkable employment history
  • Previous HGV or commercial driving experience preferred

  • Experience operating flatbed lorries
  • Strong knowledge of UK road regulations and driver compliance requirements
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
