First Call Contract Services are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client based in Headcorn, Kent. The pay rate for this role is £12.71 per hour. This position involves rotating AM and PM shifts on a weekly basis. No experience is required, as we provide full training and support to help you succeed in the role.

Working pattern for Production Operatives:

This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

  • Early shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Late shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour
Paid weekly

Main Duties of Production Operatives:

  • Boxing bottles on a conveyor belt and placing them into cases
  • Loading and unloading pallets
  • Sorting and inspecting fruit to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness on the production line

  • Reliable, motivated, and able to commit to a weekly rotating shift pattern
