We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be a leader in its field, and brand new warehouse with excellent welfare facilities. Pay rates up to £16.30 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Flexi Driver is based in Rugby. You will be expected to hold a current Flexi licence; however, you don’t need any experience; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role!

Shifts for Flexi Driver:

  • Training 8am to 5pm
  • 4 on 4 off shift rota
  • 12 hour shifts days and nights (6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am)
  • Pay: Up to £16.30 per hour dependent on shift and level of training completed
  • Paid weekly

Main duties:

  • Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate machinery/vehicles safely and efficiently to handle and store goods.
  • Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.

Please be aware that a 5‑year checkable work history will be required, and DBS and financial checks will be applied for.
