Shift Schedule:
- Flexible working hours, full time or part time
- 07:00 to 15:00
- 08:00 to 16:00
- You can choose the hours you work, within reason!
Pay:
- From £14.01 per hour
- Paid weekly
Main Duties:
- Collating and understanding data and presenting to Management in a suitable style
- General Administration duties, including telephone, E‑Mail, minute taking, typing, and filing for Operations
- Respond to all customers in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner
- Provide administrative support for all the teams within Operations by providing information/advice
- Develop and maintain various departmental information systems, e.g. databases and spreadsheets
- Where requested, prepare relevant paperwork and reports, maintaining accuracy and ensuring that deadlines are met
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT/Microsoft office skills
- Pro‑active approach taking responsibility for day‑to‑day tasks, workload and priorities
- Good organisational skills
- Flexible approach to work
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same
- Customer service experience
- Mailbox management / organisation skills
