Position Overview

Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper (Mandarin Speaking) to join their team in Southall. This is a key role responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts using accounting software

  • Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims

  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections

  • Prepare and complete bank reconciliations

  • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
