We have an excellent opportunity to work for a nationally recognized food production company, considered to be the leader in its field. The role of Food Production Operative is based in Sittingbourne. You don’t need to be a chef but need to love food, pay attention to detail and be able to work in a team. Full time or part time available, shifts that you can choose from: 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am.
The Role
- Work as part of our team to ensure all recipes are followed to the correct specification and all products are made to the highest possible standard.
- Weighing ingredients, preparing, cooking, and packaging a variety of meals in a fast-paced production environment.
- Following portion sizes accurately, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to the overall quality and consistency of the finished products.
- Work as part of a team making sure our customers receive the same nourishing experience every time they eat a meal.
- Your attention to detail is paramount as you help create our remarkable products and ensure our customers receive the same exciting experience every time.
- Each product must be made to the same specification to maintain consistency.
- It’s all about the presentation as you bring your creative flair to making our pies and pastry products.
- Possessing a creative flair.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Being capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- While prior kitchen experience is advantageous, we are willing to provide comprehensive training.
