We are looking for a driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Who is enthusiastic and works well as a part of the team, to join our onsite team based in St Ives, PE27 3LU. The position comes with £13.87 per hour paid weekly. We want to hear from individuals eager to join us, and in return we’ll offer great support alongside excellent mentoring, guidance, and coaching to ensure you reach your maximum potential. This vacancy is maternity cover, with the potential for permanent.

Your duties but will not be limited to:

  • Supporting a smooth payroll process
  • Out of hours telephone management (minimal disruption)
  • Supporting the account manager with regular reporting functions
  • Responding to emails and text messages
  • Clear communication with operation leaders and work colleagues
  • Weekly performance and welfare talks with work colleagues
  • Conducting attendance and performance checks
  • Supporting with recruitment
  • Presenting inductions

07.30 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday
07.30 to 12.30 Friday
In peak your hours will start at 07.00 for a few weeks

We are looking for you to have:

  • Strong communication skills, verbally and written.
  • Proactive, ability to work on own and part of a team.
  • Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Own transport.
