  • Stock Accuracy: Carry out asset management tasks as directed and immediately report stock discrepancies or inaccuracies to the Warehouse Support Manager.
  • Scanning & Returns: Use handheld scanners and inventory systems accurately to process returned goods and equipment.
  • Equipment Preparation & Maintenance: Deep clean rental equipment as required and undertake project work, such as branding lighting equipment and accessories.
  • Health & Safety: Use and maintain PPE and manual handling equipment correctly, contributing to a safe working environment at all times.
  • Customer Support: Assist with loading and unloading customers’ own equipment in storage containers when required.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and general maintenance throughout the warehouse.
  • Team Support: Assist other departments with order fulfilment and undertake additional duties or projects as requested by management.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A valid forklift truck licence.
  • Good IT skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • The ability to learn and use stock control and inventory systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with colleagues, management and external customers.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage changing deadlines.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to support other departments when required.
