***Trainee Recruitment Consultant*** ***Permanent Recruitment Sector*** ***Excellent Salary DOE + Uncapped OTE*** With 2024 set to be a record breaking year for First Call Contract Services we are now looking to add to our First Call Talent Solutions team moving into 2025. This team, specialising in permanent recruitment across the UK was launched this year and has grown month on month, its now time to add to this operation. We want to speak to candidates looking to build a career in the recruitment industry, specifically around the permanent recruitment sector. You will ideally come from a Telesales, Customer Service, Retail or a face to face Sales position, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload. This exciting role will see individuals grow with the division as it moves into year 2, with personal promotion plans, development opportunities and excellent earning potentials. Candidate duties will include: Pre screening and interview potential candidates and submitting candidate profiles and CV’s to clients.
