First Bus has teamed up with FlixBus, the global leader in travel tech, and we are searching for experienced Coach Drivers to join our growing team in Taunton. You’ll play an important role in the continued success of FlixBus routes now running across the South-West. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a range of perks to support you in your career. From our Taunton depot, you will operate FlixBus services, ensuring great customer service and safe, reliable journeys. Join us as a qualified driver and earn £14.60 per hour. Qualified drivers are eligible for a £3,000 signing bonus, payable in two instalments over 12 months (the first payment after 6 months of service, and the second payment after 12 months). To qualify for this bonus, you must not have been employed by First Bus in the past 12 months. These are permanent, full-time positions, working 39 hours per week across a variety of shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
What We Are Looking For:
- A valid PCV license.
- Experience as a Coach Driver, HGV Driver, or Bus Driver with a passion for customer service.
- A flexible, reliable attitude and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
- A commitment to safety and a professional approach to driving.
