About the role

Role responsibilities include:
- Vehicle fault diagnostics, servicing and repairs including MOT preps in accordance with FirstBus Standard Engineering Operating Procedures
- To fully comply with all HS&E legislation along with Group Policies
- To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain and develop technical skills as required
- Work will cover all depots within the east, working 5 days on 2 days off shifts, with some overtime expected.
We\’ll provide your overalls (PPE) needed to do your job successfully.
Hourly Rate
- £17.51 p/h (Overtime paid at time and a half)

About you
- Do you have a minimum Level 3 NVQ standard of equivalent (i.e., City & Guilds Level 1&2) qualification?
- Do you have a flexible approach to working hours?
- An aptitude to develop others within the Engineering Team
- Do you hold a clean valid UK driver\’s licence?
- A PCV licence is desirable or show a willingness to obtain a PCV licence as we will help you obtain your PCV.
- Experience of working with coaches would be advantageous, but not a necessity.
