Are you an organised, detail-oriented team player who loves working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Training and Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly team at Fulwell Garage on a 6-month fixed term contract, providing vital administrative support to ensure our training and recruitment operations run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Ensuring all Training materials have the correct Company branding and are of a high standard
- Invigilate DVSA (IHTTC) Theory Training Tests (When required)
- Upload CPC courses and driver registrations weekly
- Plan course dates and maintain bookings for CPC, City and Guilds and any other training courses, ensuring the Company meets any external deadlines associated with accredited training programmes and any other key performance indicators
- Responsibility for producing reports on various training-related issues
- Responsibility for basic maintenance of training databases
- Involvement in developing and updating learning materials such as PowerPoint presentations
- Any other day to day administration required to support
You’ll also provide support for the Recruitment team, helping to:
- Act as the gatekeeper for Right to Work checks and GDPR compliance
- Be the first point of contact for candidate queries via phone, email, and in person
- Arrange medical appointments with candidates and doctors
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new starter payroll lists
- Input accurate personal and onboarding data into our people systems
