First Rail Consultancy is seeking an experienced internal quality assurance professional to join the new Safety Function within the Railway Operations team. You will design, develop and implement competence management frameworks, align with industry standards, and lead recording, monitoring and assessment of competence across client projects.
In this 12-month fixed term role, you will help grow the consultancy's safety assurance capabilities, support bid activity, and represent the firm.
