Experienced Bus Driver

Swansea

38 Hrs p/w – 5 days per week (Monday – Sunday)

(Hours assigned in advance on a shift / Rota basis)

PCV Qualified Bus Drivers earn £14.25 per hour + £3,000 Joining Bonus – paid in two installments over 12 months.

We’re looking for experienced PCV drivers to join our Swansea team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the chance to make a real difference in your community.

What we need from you

  • Hold a valid PCV licence
  • Proof of your Right to Work in the UK
  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota / shift basis. (There are a variety of shifts which may consist of early mornings (starting 03.30hrs) / late nights (finishing at 02:00hrs) / weekends.)
  • Great people skills
